For those who love British Columbia's Powder Highway, this rustic barnwood sign is perfect. This is a replica of the sign you would see driving along the actual Powder Highway, which promotes skiing and snowboarding in British Columbia's interior.

Based in the Kootenay Rockies of interior British Columbia, this remote 680-mile stretch of blacktop connects 64 snow-laden ski operations. Named the Powder Highway, ski bums and adventurers alike flock to Canada each year to ski the amazing snow this stretch has to offer.

All of our signs are hand-made, hand-build, and hand-painted designs made from Montana barnwood. Made by myself and my husband in our shop in Hamilton, Montana.

***Since we acquire our barnwood locally in small batches, each sign is unique and will be HANDMADE UPON ORDER. THE ITEM PICTURED IS A SAMPLE OF THE FINISHED PRODUCT. The final product will have the same design and colors as pictured, but the wood will vary slightly in color and patina. This ends up in each sign being a unique original. If you have any special requests regarding wood, please inquire upon ordering and we will do our best to accommodate.

Because the wood we use for our signs is reclaimed, imperfections in the wood can be expected. We choose wood for its patina, not its perfection! Also, be cautious when handling the signs as an occasional sliver may occur. While we try, please understand that not all the materials used to build the sign may be reclaimed (ex. braces, screws, hangers).

This is a substantial piece of art with two styles, square and logo cutout. The square comes in two sizes and the cutout in one. There is a wire or sawtooth hanger on the back for hanging. Please contact me with any questions you may have.
